Worship

Working together, with Jesus beside us, to achieve our full potential.

We are very proud of our Church affiliation here at Gnosall St Lawrence. We include reflection, meditation and worship in our daily routines, and we always take great pleasure in visiting our wonderful local Church for a range of celebrations. We warmly welcome children of all faiths and promote positive links between all religions and world views.

These images show how our Church ethos is reflected throughout the school. The banners adorn the walls of our school hall,. The ornate cross was a gift from the Church to the school from way back when it was a middle school, and the other cross is entitled ‘From the old to the new’ and was constructed by a pupil from some salvaged parquet floor tiles from our former school building.

We have regular visits from the Open the Book team who are an ecumenical group representing all of our local Churches. Our pupils love to watch the Open the Book team act out Bible stories in collective worship
